Exchange of Experience program

This program aimed at fostering unity and understanding between workers from different regions of Sri Lanka. The program brought together young Tamil women workers from the Vavuniya region in the north and workers from the Katunayake Free Trade Zone in the south, including widows and single mothers.  Participants engaged in discussions about the shared challenges they face, such as economic hardships, unfair labor practices, and social stigmatization, regardless of their regional or ethnic backgrounds.
