This is a  a comprehensive 01 day program focusing on language rights for RED staff members. (for  30 members and the activists in Northern province  The session begins with a welcoming introduction to set objectives and includes a small communication activity to highlight the importance of language-based communication. RED Commemorates International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women in Vavuniya

The Revolutionary Existence for Human Development (RED) commemorated the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women on November 20, 2025, in Vavuniya. This significant event included a road march and picketing, drawing attention to the urgent need for action against violence targeting women and girls. Approximately 150 participants, predominantly Tamil members and activists, joined the march and procession. One day women leadership Program at Vavuniya

On November 16th, a one-day Leadership Training workshop was held in Vavuniya, primarily focusing on widows and single mothers as participants. This comprehensive training aimed to equip them with the skills necessary to organize workers, communicate effectively, and address grievances and workplace issues. As the second step of this program, women workers from the Katunayake Free Trade Zone (FTZ) traveled to Vavuniya to gain similar experiences.
