RED operates a 24-hour Help Desk service to provide relief services to employees working in the Free Trade Zone. A training program was conducted on August 2, 2025 to develop the Legal Consultation Literacy of the RED staff working for this Help Desk. This training program was conducted in Negombo with the resourcefulness of Attorney-at-Law Jayantha Dehiattage.
