RED Capacity Building Training Program 02

RED operates a 24-hour Help Desk service to provide relief services to employees working in the Free Trade Zone.A training program was conducted on August 29, 2025 to develop the Alternative Dispute Resolution of the RED staff working for this Help Desk. This training program was conducted in RED Office – Vavuniya with the resourcefulness of Attorney-at-Law Thushara Lankawansha.The objective of this training program was to further increase the efficiency and productivity of the RED staff and develop their capacities.
