Topics covered included stress management, positive thinking, philosophical approaches to life, and healthy habits for mental well-being. The event also offered individual counselling for those in need of personal support, with follow-up interventions planned. Overall, the workshop was a significant initiative in promoting mental health awareness and support for vulnerable communities, and the organizers expressed a strong commitment to continuing such efforts in the future.
